The X algorithm can feel so unfair sometimes. While chasing 5 million impressions, I jumped into the Japanese side of X. Small accounts with less than 500 followers were dropping simple posts like “Good morning”… and getting 3 million, 5 million, even 7 million views in just 6 hours. One guy posted something basic — in less than one hour it hit 1 million impressions. By six hours? Over 7 million. Meanwhile, many of us are grinding for weeks or months just to reach 5 million. I was shocked. It’s clear right now that the algorithm is heavily favouring Japanese content. They push it aggressively and fast. Some countries get boosted like crazy while others struggle. It feels unbalanced. It feels unfair. But that’s the reality of the game we’re playing
