Occasionally, I take a look back to see how they're doing (I -might- be a little salty), and two years later, they're still searching for a candidate. I can't help but feel like it deserves a Julia Roberts moment. So y'all, hang in there. You got this.

This was my chance to really create something, and I couldn't wait. Long story short, they up and ghosted me. I was pretty down, but kept looking, and went on to get offers from some top institutions in the country. I got my favorite, and am really happy with where I work now.
