To all pregnant people and those supporting them - please speak to a midwife/doctor about any concerns with your baby’s movements.
It’s likely nothing, and baby will be checked and you will be reassured. But rarely, it is something really important, and they can help you

Babies do not “run out of room”. The feeling of movements may change over time but actual movement does not
I have cared for too many bereaved families for whom a reduction in movement was the only warning sign that could have allowed us to help their baby.

Seriously now. I am a clinician scientist working in reproductive biology & maternity care and this is 100% nonsense. There is no such thing as "woke science" there is science, that should challenge us and make us think. It may even increase our understanding. Please do better.
