I didn’t plan to get into Web3. It started with an invite from a friend to a Code, Charts & Sip event. First @womenindefi_org event I will ever attend To be honest, I just went for the experience… I didn’t even know it was a Web3 event. But I remember sitting there, listening to conversations I didn’t fully understand DeFi, blockchain, decentralization. It felt confusing… but also interesting. Instead of ignoring it, I got curious. So I signed up for an Intro to DeFi training just to understand what I had heard that day. And that one decision changed everything. What started as curiosity turned into learning. Learning turned into structure. And structure turned into a career path. Today, I’m a Project Manager with 4+ certifications in Web3, and I’m growing into Product Management not just by theory, but by building real things. I’m currently upskilling in web development because I believe the best product managers don’t just give instructions they understand the technical side of what they’re building. Now let’s talk about IWH (Inclusive Web3 Hub)@IWHglobal_ But this didn’t just come from Web3. Back in university, I had a coursemate I couldn’t fully help not because I didn’t want to, but because there were communication barriers I didn’t understand how to bridge at the time. That experience stayed with me. Coming into Web3, I noticed something similar there wasn’t really a space built with them in mind. And that didn’t sit right with me. So I decided to build one. IWH is a mission to make Web3 accessible especially for the hearing-impaired and beginners. Through workshops, trainings, and community, we’re creating a space where people can learn, grow, and belong. A space that is truly inclusive for everyone, regardless of any disability… and even if you don’t have one. And from that mission, we’re building Gossiper @gossiperai a product under IWH @IWHglobal_ Gossiper is designed to break communication barriers using: • Speech-to-text • Sign language-to-text Because access isn’t a privilege it should be the standard. Looking back, it’s funny how something I “randomly” attended became the foundation of everything I’m building today. Sometimes, all it takes is showing up… even when you don’t fully understand what’s in front of you.

I remember been in a chat where everyone was laughing, and I was smiling too… but I really didn’t really catch what was said? 😅 That quiet feeling of being left out it happens more often than we think. That’s why we built Gossiper to make sure no one has to pretend to understand or feel unseen in a room full of voices. With Gossiper, every word becomes clear, every story connects, and every person belongs. 🤩 Here’s to a morning where understanding brings us closer 🥂.
