We now have 4 categories instead of 3. 1. ISSUED: When an alert first gets issued. 2. CONTINUED: When an alert is updated but no details have changed. 3. UPDATED (New!): When an alert is updated with new details. We added this so that it’s easier to quickly determine if there are any changes to the details. 4. ENDED: When an alert has ended.
