Para que se hagan una idea de que tanto porcentaje del OFA utiliza Izuku, solo mirenle el tono del pelo.
De 50% para abajo lo tiene aun verde oscuro, entre el 70-80% se le aclara y ya cuando esta entre 90-100% lo tiene muy claro

Aunque si tiene bastante velocidad solo impulsandose con air force en el aire, el no poder ir dando saltos constantemente o apoyarse en algo con látigo negro le resta velocidad a Izuku y tampoco puede usar el 100% del OFA o Gearshift porque se lastimaría antes de pelear
