I’ve got the car gassed up for a doubleheader today — first stop is Woburn for @ipswichfh vs. Uxbridge for the Division 4 state title (11 a.m.), then out to central Mass. as @mheadfootball battles Westfield in the Division 3 state semifinals at Shrewsbury High (3 p.m.).

After beating St. Mary’s, Ipswich HC Nikki Pignone handed me a paper with my D4 Final Four predictions (Sutton, not Ipswich) on it with “prove them wrong!” written on the back that I’m guessing she passed out. Update: I’ve swung and missed on quite a bit of my predictions today.
