They avoid going to the police station because once you get there, everything becomes official. Paperwork. Records. Other officers. Less room to intimidate or collect money quietly.
On the road, they control the situation. No witnesses. No accountability. They can pressure you, scare you, and get what they want fast.
At the station, that power drops. That’s why they’d rather “settle it” right there.
Is this how we want to continue??

The demeanour, the language, the aggression and the intent suggest that these men are armed robbers, NOT Policemen. Just because they are wearing Police uniforms is why you call them “unprofessional”.
And if it turns out that they are indeed registered and employed as Policemen, then these men should have their badges and weapons taken from them and be fired immediately!
These men and their intentions on the street is NOT to serve and protect the citizens. They are doing the exact opposite!
