@affirmanyway Yes i realised that as long that a part of me feels like im trying to make it true, even when i say all the "right things" i would inevitably, be the person waiting to see if its really true. The layers never stops, until you truly see it true. For me.

okay wait nvm i answered my own question, instead of seeing creating the new story as “making it true”, see it as just choosing it as the truth. very minuscule perspective shift at first glance but ends up making a huge difference when you sit on it
