@magali_c My family home in Guj had solar power. Govt gave 50% subsidy (!!!). Total cost after subsidy was 50k for 4KW system. The system reduced our electricity bill by 75%. It would pay for itself in few years. We lost all panels few months back due to cyclone Tauktae.

Have any of you used solar power for homes in India? Looking for info on how you could get panels that convert to electricity. What is the cost and experience like? Please RT for reach.
