Merging Data science with financial market. I have been working on some financial assets data recently. Playing around with assets like Amazon stocks, Ford stocks and BTC/USD; making some comparison with the historical data to deduce their returns. From my analysis I was able to deduce, ranging from 2019-2024, if you invested $1k your returns: Amazon gave 101.5% Ford gave 43.2% BTC 521.3% BTC surpassed them all, don't sleep on this. The essence of eduction is not for knowledge purpose, it's for advancement and innovation. Any knowledge that doesn't lead to these aforementioned is of no use.

It's easy for you to say this cos you're obviously living in a country that is working (USA). First, before ranting, ask yourself certain questions, Why are they like this? An average Nigerian finds it difficult to make ends meet, even the minimum wage is nothing to write home about, and you think if they hear about any money-making opportunity they won't hop on it? Same scenario with indians, there is similarity in the adoption of any opportunity they see too, and it's because of the level of poverty in both countries, so you can't blame them. If the government is not making the country an enabling environment for talents, skills and intellectuals to foster, the citizens will definitely look for ways to better their lives. Some Nigerians literally see X as a job now, instead of social platform, then monetization an extra, and this is because there is nothing out there for them. So pls before ranting analyse the situation critically and consider the average citizen that are struggling to make ends meet.

It already happened on TikTok (Live) and Facebook (some types of monetization are now ‘invite only’). Now, X is considering addressing “Ivanka accounts based in Nigeria and distorting political views.” Soon, it will be extremely difficult for a Nigerian account to meet monetization requirements of any platform. A platform introduces monetization, some people will not rest until they abuse it. Then, the platform starts raising the bar and soon enough, it becomes extremely difficult for genuine Nigerian creators to meet the requirements. It’s a cycle of abusing platform policies and then blaming platforms for stifling the growth of Nigerian creators.

Once you get that winning strategy, you begin to wonder what took you do long to get this. Behind every success is a long queue of failures before it
