When we perceive a past loss, our testosterone can literally dip.
The same is true for when we remember a past victory; we feel great, our testosterone boosts.
So what is the effect then if you have the perspective that everything in your past sucked, was bad, and all these people were getting the best over you and being mean to you and all the rest of it?
Now, what does it do to your physiology to imagine the world is on your side, everything happened for a reason, and you are so blessed to have gone through everything that you've gone through?

Men once wanted to be legends, wanted to climb mountains named after kings dead for centuries, wanted to put their flag somewhere cold and empty just to prove they could. even outcasts once wanted their name whispered for generations, ugly, uneducated composers, wanderers, all of them reaching for their idea of immortality. now man wants to be left alone, wants his girl quiet, wants his father forgiving without the talk, wants his belly flat without the fast, wants the kingdom without the cross. and when the day of reckoning arrives you will not be asked what you suffered, you will be asked what you dared. and your mouth will be dry, and your hands will be empty

"Waterproofing" fabric requires supernatural molecular stability. PFAs are the only viable mass-market option.
They contain extremely stable chemical bonds that give objectively great textile qualities: water repellant, oil repellant, stain-resistant, durability etc.
The same stability that makes them useful means they don't break down in nature (or in your body).
PFAs accumulate in your body and throw wrenches in all your biological systems. Immune dysfunction, hormone disruption, developmental impairment in children. Potentially even kidney and testicular cancer among others.
Skin exposure is obviously the primary vector, but these forever chemicals persist in our environment as well. They accumulate in municipal water, they shed indoors, get in the air, they even get in food.
You wear clothes everyday. Invest in natural fabrics. Cheaper than Lululemon anyway.

🚨BREAKING: I launched an investigation into Lululemon over the potential presence of toxic "forever chemicals" in activewear.
