something i noticed about @KiiChain they're not leading with the token. testnet first -> $ORO rewards ->KiiEX -> FX layer each piece feeding the next. by the time the public sale lands, the ecosystem is already moving. most projects do it backwards. launch the token, then figure out the system. the ones that invert that order tend to survive the cycle. interesting structure to watch.
