Assistant Principals, let’s be intentional. Make sure you’re creating an environment where teachers feel welcomed, seen, and valued—even beyond the classroom. One small but impactful thing I wanted to do was create a space where teachers felt comfortable stopping by, even if just for a moment. So, I set up a simple coffee bar in my office—a space where they can grab a fresh cup of coffee to start their day. ☕️ It’s not about the coffee. It’s about the culture. It’s about the gesture. It’s about letting them know, “This office is a safe space. You are welcome here.” As leaders, it’s often the small, thoughtful things that build bridges of trust and connection. We’re not just managing operations—we’re cultivating community. Let’s lead with heart, not just with authority. 💛
