Loaded fries are a downgrade. Any sauce, topping or condiment should be served on the side of the chip, otherwise it makes them soggy. Soggy chips are shit. If your chip isn't a bit crispy what's even the point? Goes for gravy too.

@Wise Lisbon. Went in February - sunny weather, low on tourists, so pretty quiet (the very popular castle was empty!). Its a fab city, easy to navigate, easy to use metro and lovely people.
