J’ai appris des choses aujourd’hui sur l’étymologie des noms de certaines régions du Sénégal. Dakar signifie « daq khaar » qui vient des lebous Thies signifie « kesss » plante dans la langue serere Ndar guett signifie « regarde la mer » le mot ndaar en pulaar
