@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I don’t understand why the Automated system doesn’t have an option to speak with customers care. My number stopped working and I am unable to call and find out why. The only way the system lets u speak to a person is when u apply for a new connection

@OfficialZekardo Can you guys do something similar for used cars (Used car inspection service). Buying a used car that’s well maintained is difficult coz dealers can make the vehicle visually appealing however most people may not know how to inspect vehicles properly without a mechanic.
