It is deeply concerning if Russia has hacked any (sic) MP. The police and security services must investigate very thoroughly. NF should ensure all the evidence is shared with them immediately if he hasn't already

@Anna_Soubry So who'd be the right person in the job? I like Wes Streeting, but he's loathed by a sizable section of the party. I like Angela Rayner, but she's totally unsuited to be PM. Andy Burnham isn't even an MP & his skills have been overtaken by his ego. Shabana Mahmood? God forbid.

Starmer's speech was good but no gamechanger. Actions'll speak louder than words - roll on King's Speech
Logically should be given til Sept 27. In no one's interest to change before then. But we no longer live in age of logic. He has lost the dressing room to use an apt metaphor

I would rate this scenario as possible but not probable. Farage will no doubt contest this all the way a la Trump engaging expensive lawyers (paid for by who?) to block scrutiny. The possibility definitely isn't being talked about enough
