Taking the piss now @Everton 4 days since season ticket renewal come out and its still not allowing me to renew because off this problem everyone is having. Honestly couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery.

@efc_fanservices Why can’t you release the “small number” of fans tickets so we can renew them? I’m one of them and have had no response from @efc_fanservices to any of my messages. Tried numerous times to ring only to be kept on hold for over an hour!!

The technical issue affecting a small number of Season Ticket Members renewing via Direct Debit remains ongoing.
Our third-party provider is working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Any supporter impacted by this delay will not lose their place in the seat move process and will be contacted by email with an updated renewal link when the issue is resolved.

For anyone else who tried to renew through DD & it crashed/got an error message, I just spent over an hour on hold to be told the issue hasn’t been resolved & to wait for an email before the seats are unlocked for you to buy. Maybe keep fans updated a bit more @efc_fanservices

@efc_fanservices Still can't see my season ticket. Got the error after doing direct debit and won't let me do anything else?

We are aware that some Season Ticket Members renewing via 12-month direct debit are currently seeing an error message.
Our third-party providers are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Any supporter attempting to renew via direct debit today will not be disadvantaged, and those wishing to move seats will retain their priority based on today’s renewal date

@Everton @efc_fanservices When will you have the error problem sorted for those of us who want to pay by direct debit? I can’t even access my renewal because of this? And it’s impossible to get through on the phone!!
