@BootsUK a £75 toothbrush missing on my home delivery. I was told a replacement would be sent out right away. Now being told 14 days to approve it? Seems a bit excessive when you have my money!

@IanMacKinnon14@Kent_Online Different ambulance crews have various types of crews with different abilities. So they would dispatch the nearest crew which may be a technician but they also need a paramedic to turn up. Then a critical care paramedic may need to attend and then possibly a Dr on HEMS.
@goustocooking REALLY? Live chat to "customer services" about receiving a pack of 2 chicken breasts that contained ONE chicken breast cut in half and then she tells me that one chicken breast cut in half counts as two chicken breasts. - Total misrepresentation!!!!
