The studio would like to confirm that the artist has not received any payment in relation to this project, and that any arrangements involving third parties do not alter this fact.
As previously stated, the studio has made efforts to engage in discussions. Such discussions took place after the studio issued its statement in February, which was after the artistโs images had already been released. The studio did not grant consent for the publication of such images, and through those discussions, the studio became aware of certain actions involving third parties.
With regard to the distribution, release, or promotion of the series, the studio has consistently requested that a direct agreement be established with the artist in order to ensure clarity regarding the rights and obligations of all parties. At present, the studio confirms that the artist has not provided consent for the distribution, promotion, or use of the series or related materials. The status of these matters remains under legal review.
The studio would like to note that it has previously refrained from disclosing further details out of consideration for the feelings and well-being of fans, and with the intention of handling the matter internally in a constructive and professional manner. It has always been the studioโs hope that the situation could be resolved in a way that is appropriate for all parties involved.
However, as the scheduled broadcast date approaches, despite the studioโs request to postpone the airing until mutually acceptable terms can be reached, no such agreement has yet been achieved.
The studio sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience caused and will continue to take appropriate actions within the legal framework to protect the artistโs rights and image.
