Does anyone know how to get help from @vrbo? I have tried for five days to get heat in an apartment I’m renting from them and cannot make any headway. Owner doesn’t respond and @vrbo keeps telling me they’re sorry but do nothing about it.

Temp is 47F. Mostly, it has been a time suck trying to get hold of someone at @vrbo or they owner who might fix this. So much for enjoying Paris.
