Weird thing I do: I’m subscribed to a lot of YouTube channels I don’t care about their content. So why am I subscribed? Because their editing is fire. As an editor, I don’t watch for the content. I watch for inspiration.

sometimes I feel like creating a paid editing community purely for the sake of training editors to THINK for themselves and to execute any task given to them It’s absolutely PAINFUL to search for an editor in the market right now it’s like your guys’ knowledge starts and ends with keyframing in after effects, and even that most editors don’t get right this is one of the reasons I LOVE the editing goats in the space that have paid communities and are actually trying to build real, passionate editors

twitter editing scene is SO repetitive meanwhile insta + youtube are filled with edits that make you go "WOAHHHHH" so many ideas to steal and so much room to grow and expand ur skills do what u will with this information.
