At this time (9:24 EDT), the connectivity seems to be restored, but we still don't have an official update from CenturyLink.

The engineers of CenturyLink reported that they are working on a resolution.

There is a major outage that affects the connectivity to all sites at the datacenter in the US, due to a "high level outage" in the network of CenturyLink.

Being locked out of our @icdsoft account, due to Twitter failing to send an authentication code.
