@techguyjoel They change back to the normal blue when you enable Dark Icons. Not even Dark Mode does this, so its super weird lol
English

@MetalBlakedowns Definitely a bug. For me, the dark blue and green remain the same in light and dark mode. I noticed they "flash" the correct color for a brief second when expanding the network platter.
English

@IceCoolTech the network icons use the dark blue when you have light mode enabled, they use light blue when you go into dark mode
not sure if that's meant to be intended behaviour or not though

@zollotech I double checked mine before and after... they are the exact same. It would be very odd for Apple to change this in a revised beta for two iPhone generations.

@VNchocoTaco I've been a believer of a "Minimum Feedback Requirement" for years... 100% agree.
English

If i were apple, i would slap a fade “developer beta” watermark on the display like it’s internal use
For free dev/ public beta, add a requirement of 5-10 feedbacks in the last 6 weeks in order to receive new beta
Michi@NekoMichiUBC
Apple should really add a warning message to the beta update screen so people know what the purpose of a developer beta is for.
English

This is why I was so against Apple waiving the fee for the developer beta a couple years ago in iOS 16.4...
GregsGadgets@GregoryMcFadden
Apple should have never let people download a developer beta without paying the $100 developer fee. Everyday people are reviewing iOS 26 like it's the final build

@markgurman Thank God they're still doing interviews... that was worrying. All it was is beef with Gruber then.
English

Great unscripted, sit down interview from Tom’s Guide with Craig Federighi and Greg Joswiak about Apple AI and WWDC announcements. Definitely worth a watch. youtube.com/watch?v=Pt3qAW…

@SnazzyLabs This is a terrible take that I’ve seen repeatedly…
We, as developers, agree to Apple’s terms. If we don’t like it, we can make the choice not to. It’s that simple.
Their OS. Their tools. Their App Store. We don’t have a *right* to use any of it.
