Bitcoin is on a need-to-know basis. Most people in 1st world nations dont care about BTC because they are financially privileged and have access to bank accounts and brokerages. If you got a savings account and your credit card works and you've never been de-banked or had your money withheld from you or had your bank account frozen/seized, the chances of you getting Bitcoin are very low almost zero. Because you never had any reason to question the system that silently manipulates and robs you via taxation and monetary debasement. You're comfy. When the system is working for people, they are taught and in many cases paid to look the other way. Bitcoin is on a need-to-know basis. There's a reason behind every individual that took Bitcoin seriously, and it always starts with questioning the system. But if the system is all you knew and it did right by you, would you really question it? $BTC #Bitcoin

The best part about being so close to financial independence is that you stop taking work so seriously. Instead of logging into our 9am standup call, I’m going to my daughters school for a sing along show they’re putting on. I didn’t even ask permission. Just pinged my boss on teams and said this is what I’m doing. Don’t care about any repercussions. Earlier in my career, the anxiety about job performance and stability would have caused me to miss it.

@themoviedadsc Can't you set it up to auto buy those funds? I have auto buy set up for the 529s but prefer to buy manually in my brokerage

@IceHand41 I just go in every 2 weeks and make our bi-weekly $VTI and/or $QQQM buy and then log off for the next 2 weeks, lol.

Vanguard's horrendous interface is why they're the best brokerage in the business. Real investors know.

@themoviedadsc I can say that I've not sold a single share in my vanguard account though 😂

@themoviedadsc I don't have experience with fidelity or Schwab brokerage, but I think Vanguard is fine enough. Lately I'm placing various limit buys for ETFs on a weekly basis. The website and app allow me to set buys with a few clicks at most

@IceHand41 @YodaStockInvest This is a pretty personal question with millions of different answers. if I can get 2 million by 30 and retire while growing it slowly is that better than getting 10M by 40 or 50M by 60?

I’m 22 with a $187k portfolio. I might still be a baby in the grand scheme of things in both experience and money. But age is my biggest asset. I truly think I will become a multi-millionaire. I have: - Decades of compounding ahead - Already 4.5 years of experience in the market - Time to recover and learn from new mistakes

@YodaStockInvest @TheStocksKing What gives you the confidence. At 22, have you been investing for 6 years? It's been a pretty bullish 6 years, so if you've been able to outperform...then maybe you can keep it up in a bear run
