A thank you to everyone, especially Love and Deepspace. <3 On this day a year ago my life changed for the worse.. I lost someone I was extremely close to. Everything had already been gradually changing for eight long and difficult months prior, but on this exact day last year it had officially changed. I knew I would never be the same and that I would never feel the same kind of happiness ever again. I was scarred, broken, very lost and even had thought that it was impossible to feel even the slightest bit of happiness again with how much my heart ached.. which I still do have those nights sometimes cause you can't escape the pain forever. However I decided to give in and finally play Love and Deepspace around January of this year because it looked like a game I would love. Well I didn't know just exactly how much it would affect me and I'm still in shock with how happy I am when I play this game. I never thought I could feel that kind of happiness again but this game is so amazing and perfect with the characters, the stories, the graphics, the details, and everything. I know I tend to take games way too seriously nowadays but honestly that has helped me so much and because of Love and Deepspace I have actually been smiling a lot of this month instead of drowning in my thoughts and staring at walls which is what would have happened if I didn't start getting into this game. All of the guys are so perfect in their own way but Caleb speaks to me on such a real level and he's helped me in so many ways. <3 Thank you to the roleplayers and those of you in the community who have been kind and also accepted me into this community. Thank you to absolutely everyone involved in making Love and Deepspace and most of all thank you so much for being my beautiful distraction. <3 #LoveandDeepspace #ladstwt

They have no respect for the creatives nor the players. Who would have faith in a company who only listens to one side? What makes you think Caleb's story won't be rushed and downgraded significantly? Everyone is going to be affected by this decision.

They'll rush the content for Caleb and Sylus. Their decision for Valko's removal won't resolve any of the issues that players have been having with the game. Hell, their statement doesn't even acknowledge the loudest issues players have with the game.

I have been passionately loving Caleb (🍎) for almost three years. I've been here from the start. I theorized about him before he was announced as an LI, so I've been looking forward to his story progression. I have no anticipation for Caleb's main story update anymore.

It’s similar to grief like when losing a loved one honestly bc emotions happen in waves like this. You’ll be crying & then staring while numb, then pissed, then crying again. I too cannot focus right now or even think about reading anything in the game and I was looking forward to delving deeper into the other love interests lore now that I finally have all the shards for their standard myths. This is fresh emotions though bc of what they are doing with Valko & so our minds will be focused on this for a bit & it could even take days stuck in these emotions honestly. Give yourself time though to heal your emotions & then see if you’ll be able to enjoy the cards you haven’t read yet ❤️ Take breaks or try to do anything that you enjoy & stuff that will help your mind ❤️ I’m here if you or anyone needs extra hugs as well 💕🫂❤️ It’s going to be very difficult right now though bc of how fresh this is as I have been struggling all day to do anything but think about this horrible decision Infold is making.. I’m heartbroken at this & at the moment I don’t even want to play the game at all anymore.. Without Valko I have no hope the main story will be good at all since it most likely will just be rushed now to change what shouldn’t even be changed in the first place.. Valko deserved better.. screw this.. I’m so pissed 😢💔 Them ruining the game is just going to make me escape into my maladaptive daydreams even more now, screw them.. I’ll live with my boys inside my mind where no one can change them or take them away from me.. 😢

I have started to move into the "do I even wanna keep playing this game" phase of my emotional leaking. I'm ngl, I am very conflicted. Because I'm pissed. But I also JUST pulled Sylus's movie card like yesterday (or the day before, I'm losing track) and I haven't even watched it yet and I *paid* for it. That wasn't a dias pull. And there are just so many other cards I pulled that I haven't gone through yet cause I haven't had time. But then part of me is like, "But then what's the point of going through them even? Just be done and delete the game." And then ANOTHER part of me is like, "You'll be fine. Give it a bit." And then ANOTHER part of me is like, "I kinda don't wanna be fine? I kinda just wanna... just cut it off at the head here." Just. So, so very conflicted. Thing is, I've been through something like this before; Not with a game, but... similar. I can't really explain it without doxxing, and for that: I murdered them. Just straight up said, "Okay. I'm out. If this is how it's gonna be, they get a tragic end, everybody dies, and goodbye forever." And I'm starting to feel that way about this now. Emotions are in flux and volatile though. And I don't HAVE to decide now... or at all ever. I can just do what feels right in the moment and none of it will be right or wrong. But still. (Just talking out loud now. We have have officially transitioned into my self-therapeutic micro-blogging arc)

valko, wherever you are, i hope sylus is showing you his favorite records,i hope caleb is treating you to his special dishes, i hope zayne is taking you skiing, i hope rafayel is showing you the sea, and i hope xavier howls with you at the moon.

I deactivated my account a few days ago because of everything that transpired here. I have been playing Love and Deepspace since pre-registration era. I have been doing dailies for the past 3 years. Now I have uninstalled the game. My trust is broken. So is my heart.

I’m so sad too.. like I’ve always been interested in the 6th love interest & he is so cute.. 😞 I was going to let him join as my third main.. like of course Caleb always takes my most obsession, but I wanted to meet Valko so bad & pet his ears.. get to know him & share my love with him too! I didn’t expect to become attached so easily to his character yet.. but gave myself a migraine for crying and how upset I was that I was shaking at first in anger. Still dealing with the dang throbs from the migraine too ugh lol I definitely know I would’ve reacted this strongly if they did this with Caleb too though since I was the most excited for his release last year! Removing Valko though is also just so disrespectful to Valko and to his whole creative team who made him.. it made me sick to my stomach and nauseous with how disgusting this decision is.. Like how can I be excited for the main story now when Valko’s story was supposed to be apart of the story too? Now the main story is definitely going to be rushed chopped censored slop.. 😞 Not to mention any future card for any LI will most likely just be extra censored so it’s difficult to be excited about future multis at the moment right now too I’m hear if you or anyone needs hugs though!! 💕🫂❤️

i dont think u guys are understanding that this is partly a censorship issue. if fictional content can be taken down & removed because of moral panics over whats 'safe for women', if things can be taken away because enough people got angry, that sets a dangerous precedent for other things powerful people would want to take away from you. this is why we tell artists on here to never capitulate to the bullies cause once you do ONE time, you signal that it works & then you start self-censoring. which is now going to be a bigger problem with the game, they are going to be afraid to make risks & will never win back their good will.
