@jtbourne My parents gave my son a set with the 6 Canadian team logos on them (pre-Jets return). My kid loved playing with them, but he hurt my Maple Leaf heart by insisting on using the Habs stick every time. I even resorted to hiding it, but he’d refuse to play with any other stick.

If you grew up playing hockey, a request: tell me what or how much ministicks meant to you, or give me your favourite ministicks stories. My son got his first net this weekend, and it was really special for me, I love the game so much. Kid still has some work to do.

@kristen_shilton Is there a reason why the Leafs don't mention their earlier Calder Cup win? The '18 Marlies were the first sole affiliated Leafs team to win, but they shared the '82 winning New Brunswick (Moncton) Hawks with the Blackhawks. I haven't seen anything about it.
