We’ve been quietly building something new for the TCG community…
Introducing @syncd_collect, our new social collector app for trading cards.
I often describe it as Robinhood meets Tinder for TCGs.
The app just launched on iOS (Google Play coming soon).
Right now you can:
- Scan or manually add your favorite TCGs (@vibes_tcg, @ONEPIECE_tcg_EN , @playriftbound , @Pokemon , more coming)
- Track sealed, raw, and graded cards in your inventory - Build and manage your wishlist
- See a clean, financial-style breakdown of your collection’s value on the home screen
The “Robinhood” side is the portfolio experience, treating your collection like the asset class it is.
And the “Tinder” side? That’s coming next.
We’ll be rolling out matching + deal discovery, so you can connect with collectors who have what you want and want what you have. Think swipe-style discovery for trades and smart deal matching.
Plus:
- Swipe-style discovery
- DMs
- Shareable binders
- Deal-making built into the experience
- Set pricing improvements
If you’ve been following and supporting what we’re building, I’d really appreciate it if you could download the app and give it a try. Your feedback at this stage means everything.
More updates are coming fast.

All of these going to zero just at different speeds
Revenue is indicative of past not future performance
We have enough examples of shit making money and going to zero here (opensea nigga)
Bando@bandosei
meanwhile here are protocols that have a great revenue to market cap ratio: since crypto has matured I think that during the next bull run we’ll see revenue-backed tokens go nuts

End of an era! @impossible_ has acquired the @rarible brand and key platform assets. What a wild 6-year ride.
Collins Dictionary named NFT as Word of the Year in 2021. From Artists to Collectors to Brands - NFT culture is unerasable from the internet.
NFTs are a byproduct of consumer Web3 that largely hasn't happened yet and the reason for that is low density of users with onchain wallets. We're only a 30–60M monthly active wallet industry and this is not enough to scale consumer apps.
First we need to finalize migration of finance on crypto rails, make sure everyone has a wallet and then retry consumer revolution on top of this new identity layer.
I see this as a mission for the whole space as well as for my personal exploration.
Big thanks for everyone it has been a real pleasure to share a rodeo with you:
Tens of thousands of artists at the forefront of culture has done NFT drops including @XCOPYART @Hackatao @quasimondo @muratpak @pranksy @DesLucrece @FreneticWolf @osinachiart @iamlirona @JimenaBuenaVida @amber_vittoria @petravoice @luchopoletti @ROBNESSOFFICIAL @maxOSIRISart Thank you all the artists making art you've brought new meanings to the world.
Hundreds of thousands - or even millions - of collectors have participated in the NFT culture movement, special thanks to @MuseumofCrypto @mcuban @CozomoMedici @0x_b1 @Coldie @StaniKulechov and many more
Brands such as Twitter @X @Mattel @mcfarlanetoys @Lamborghini @RIMOWA @RTFKT @tacobell @McDonalds @Forbes have done drops or became B2B clients. Thank you for bringing your brand power onchain.
And finally my eternal gratefulness to the team. My cofounder @alxfal who I learned so much from and who's been a great leader. Special thanks to him for running things solo lately as I've started focusing on my own new project.
I won't be able to name everyone out of ~200 Rarible Alumni but here's a few @dappdesigner @evgenynacu @vanya2h4u @masha_vy @masha_boone @timofeevone @illsun @NassDiba @nft_leen @bunopus @NFTshrimp__ @yannau @JonathanColon @jonaslamis
Thank you folks. It has been incredible. Onwards!

The healthiest habit in America is quietly destroying millions of knees.
Walking 15,000+ steps a day builds your heart, your lungs, your endurance. It also loads the same five muscle groups in the same direction, 5.5 million repetitions per year, while the muscles responsible for keeping your knees from collapsing inward barely fire at all.
Your body moves in three planes. Sagittal (forward and back), frontal (side to side), and transverse (rotation). Walking is almost entirely sagittal. Quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves: all getting hammered. Your adductors, the five muscles along your inner thigh, work in the frontal plane. They stabilize the pelvis, keep the knees tracking straight, and prevent the femur from drifting into varus alignment under load. During level walking, they activate at a fraction of their capacity. Along for the ride.
Run that imbalance for a decade. The outer thigh gets progressively stronger. The inner thigh stays the same or atrophies. The knee joint, caught between two muscle groups pulling in opposite directions, starts absorbing asymmetric force with every single step. Cartilage wears unevenly. The medial compartment takes the hit first.
This is how knee osteoarthritis develops. Knee OA now affects roughly 23% of the global adult population. In the US alone, surgeons perform nearly 800,000 total knee replacements per year at $30,000 to $50,000 each. That number is projected to hit 3.5 million annually by 2030.
Patients with knee OA show 8 to 24% weaker hip abductor and adductor muscles compared to healthy controls. A longitudinal cohort study found that weaker hip muscles predicted faster OA progression. When the NHL gave players with weak adductors a 6-week strengthening program, injury rates dropped from 3.2 to 0.71 per 1,000 game exposures. 78% reduction from targeting one muscle group.
The doctor telling this person’s dad to walk less is treating the symptom. The imbalance is the disease. Copenhagen planks, lateral lunges, side-lying adductions. Fifteen minutes, twice a week. That’s the difference between a $40,000 surgery and a body that can actually handle its own mileage.
ris ꩜@sealmath
PSA TO WALKERS! my dad used to walk like 15-20k everyday and his outer thigh muscles are much stronger than his inner thigh muscles which puts a lot of strain on his knees. his doctor told him to not walk as much/climb stairs and his knees hurt 24/7. do inner thigh workouts guys

Nemesis Protocol Update - March 9, 2026
Over the last few weeks, we advanced Nemesis’ core market mechanics, liquidation automation, and data infrastructure as we prepare to launch public testnet.
Core protocol
Over the last few weeks, we’ve added four new mechanics to Nemesis v1:
Balancing Fees: A novel, funding-style mechanism that charges the side consuming more liquidity and pays the underutilized side, keeping long/short open interest in balance on shared spot liquidity.
Liquidation Vault: A WETH-denominated vault that automatically routes capital to liquidate unhealthy positions across a curated set of blue-chip markets, capturing consistent liquidation premiums for vault depositors.
Protocol-Owned Liquidations: Beyond third-party liquidations, the protocol can now unwind collateral, repay debt, and return residual collateral to traders directly. Liquidation premiums are distributed to liquidators without requiring them to bring their own liquidity.
Enhanced Oracles: We are exploring an enhanced oracle design that applies a more conservative, path-aware price to trigger liquidations earlier during fast price drawdowns in volatile market conditions.
Backend
Subgraph Scaffolded and Deployed: The subgraph is live on Sepolia, indexing core contracts and tracking token transfers and swap events.
Schema and Entity Model: The GraphQL schema and entity model now cover pools, positions, system state, and market statistics, including new price candle fields wired to onchain events.
Market Buckets and OHLCV Candles: Swap bucketing is hardened, minute buckets are stored, and OHLCV candles are generated for the offchain analytics layer.
Frontend
Integrations: Frontend has been completed. Currently we are polishing with new UI/UX components and finishing the rest of the smart contracts and backend integrations.
Stay tuned as everything is geared toward the testnet launch soon.
Nemesis.

I can't believe Roblox went from the Accelerator program to this. They clearly have no idea how successful games are made on the platform. I cant see anyone willing to sign-up for six-months dedicated full-time work on a single Roblox game for free...
I guess this one is for the trust fund kids.. idk

We’ve spent decades treating lithium as a heavy duty psychiatric tool. New evidence suggests it’s actually a foundational brain nutrient and that Alzheimer’s may essentially be a localized lithium deficiency.
By using the Orotate salt, we can bypass plaque-induced transport blocks and restore brain levels with 1mg.
I’ve been supplementing low dose (1mg/day) lithium for years. More evidence now suggests it was the right decision.
Here’s why lithium is potentially beneficial and how we arrived at this decision years ago.
The study unequivocally demonstrated lithium deficiency in the brains of patients with cognitive impairment, providing mechanistic evidence of its role as a driver of disease onset and progression.
It validated our choice of Lithium Orotate as the optimal form of lithium supplementation for preventing and slowing the progression of dementia.
Lithium has long been a foundational ingredient in my protocol, utilized in a low-nutritional dose. This was based on our comprehensive analysis of various population studies supporting its safety and potential benefits for brain health and mental well-being.
Establishing a direct mechanistic link: beyond its known effects on mood and well-being, the study forged a direct and mechanistic and progressive connection between lithium brain deficiency and cognitive impairment, including Alzheimer's disease.
Optimal form of lithium: the study revealed that lithium orotate, the specific form of lithium salt I have been using for years, is superior in avoiding blockage by existing plaque, thereby achieving the highest bioavailability, greatest plaque reduction, and cognitive restoration in previously lithium-deficient mice with pre-existing cognitive impairment.
