@bbcquestiontime how is it that we’re supposed to better off, yet when I was a kid one adult could earn enough to provide for a family, now for some of us 2 adults working full time can barely afford anything more than a basic standard of living?

@bbcquestiontime we’ve been on an interest only mortgage for 15 years, we’ve worked the last few years extending our home at great expense in order to raise the loan to value such that we can be allowed to be in a repayment plan. Now the rates have gone up we’re stuffed. 👍🏻
