Tickers are up in all regions. Here’s what we know:
1. Remakes have increased in the last three days.
2. This is driven by an increase in people failing to hit loading screen from champ select.
3. This issue appears an order of magnitude more on 8gb and 16gb RAM machines vs 32gb RAM machines.
4. We believe what’s going on is that, when you finish a game, that process is taking up to 10 minutes to properly terminate. If you try to start a new game (that is, move from champ select to loading screen), the old process blocks the new process and throws an error. A lot of people have hit that in the last three days.
5. The ticker advising people to restart is aimed at ensuring that the old game process fully closes, which would resolve what we presently believe to be the root cause of the issue.
6. We have a team continuing to test and validate a fix, but don’t have a timeline for deploy yet.
7. We’ll be actively monitoring Clash in OCE to see how it goes. Fingers crossed, as we never want to cancel Clash.
8. PS team has guidance to refund LP and lift penalties associated with these issues, so please write to them if affected.

We’re aware of an increase in remake rates with the new patch and we have a team of people digging into what the causes are. Thanks to everyone who has shared logs with us so far. If you send your logs to Player Support from a game where you hit a crash, they’ll make their way to us. We’re working to root-cause it as quickly as possible so this doesn’t ruin a bunch of people’s weekends. Sorry for the rough experience and thank you for the patience.

Another crazy final, GGWP KC.
It was a slow start of Spring split for us. The FST hangover hit us hard after Brazil. Everything felt heavier, from scrims to stage to daily life. Really frustrating to be in a slump after battling versus the bests. What happened to our well oiled machine?
One of the tool we used to reset was the addition of a new staff member. Adding an extra cook in the kitchen is always a delicate operation. Especially as Luka "Perkz" Perkovic is a veteran from the industry with a big voice, a strong personality and no coaching experience. He joined second week of April and it's been great to have him on board. He brings a lot of gameplay expertise and his energy/straightfullness helped us a lot. Thank you!
Things got smoother after a few weeks. Online EWC qualifiers tasted like Covid time as we had to play from our facility. Madrid was a fun team experience. Playoffs were a banger. We played and won twice a Bo5 game 5, those are precious and valuable practice for the future.
Quick time off and we will fly to Korea, and after a nice bootcamp in Seoul we shall head to Daejong. It always feels special to attend a tournament in Korea, current best region in the World.

We beat the best teams, not the best team! First international tournament of the year. Keeping the same 10 players/staff means you have experience traveling and competing together. Busy 2025/26 so far: LOIO Paris, LEC Evry, MSI Vancouver, EWC Riyadh, LEC Madrid, Worlds Tianjin/Beijing/Shanghai, LOIO Munich, LEC Barcelona. Each trip was an adventure with specific challenges. Sao Paulo showed us that we are getting better at adapting our processes and attitude, so we can be in top form during those intense events. For First stand, the daily schedule was really different than the classic rhythm, with early start of days forcing more discipline than usual. Props to Isma for his work over the last years, helping us to better navigate the "energy and health" topic. We learnt from Worlds quarters the basics of how to behave on those intense games with high external pressure, when it's "elimination or glory" time. We approached BFX and GENG in a better mental space, remaining sharper during those days. What a crazy feeling to eliminate the whole Korean region in 24h with a double 3-0. The final against BLG was a fun one. At least we showed up and we were not shadows of ourselves like our last BO against them. I think we did a great job. We had no major failure like we usually have when we lose those big games. We were present and focused. The drafts were good puzzles. The gameplay was proactive and we were making plans on comms. The decisions were reasonable under pressure. We won the first game! They just did everything a tiny bit better. Not crazy better, "just" enough to kill our nexus 3x times. We did our best - not enough yet. We got beaten but not outclassed. It felt like it was doable. Hope, a strong and forgotten feeling! They are currently the best team in the world and BIN is a deserved MVP. GG Another adventure to learn from. Below the words of the day + scrim result. No whiteboard this time

@VioletRavenlol I think it is just not possible for a system to detect every inting player without sacrificing players who just have a bad game. The only thing you can hope to do is getting as close as possible to this line over time. It's more like a Damocles over inters' heads.
