Our Waldorf provider, Brittany, proudly represented Ideal Option at the 4th Annual Black Family Expo! Hosted by the Southern Maryland Chain Chapter of @linksinc, the event brought together families for free health screenings, valuable resources, and educational sessions.

"I can be the daughter, mother, coworker, and girlfriend I want to be," she shares. "And a person that is reliable." Since enrolling at Ideal Option, Jessie has started a new job as a care coordinator and peer support specialist. "Now I help others that were in my position."

Community outreach coordinator Aaron represented Ideal Option at the River Valley Senior Health Fair last week! Hosted by Healthy Pope County & Healthy Yell County Coalitions, this free event was designed to support healthy, independent living for their senior neighbors.

Everyone has life-changing moments. For Regina, that was finding Ideal Option. "Ideal Option saved my life," she recalls. "I was battling an addiction with opiates that I obtained during cancer treatment." Now, Regina is working toward 5 years in stable #recovery.

Charles says that if it wasn't for the Ideal Option program, he wouldn't have made it this far. "Ideal Option is honestly the best thing that has ever happened to me," he shares. "It gave me my life back, my kids their father back, and my mother her son back."
