تا این لحظه، نه دادگاهی برای #پیوند_نعیمی برگزار شده، نه حکمی صادر گردیده و نه هیچ مدرکی در تأیید اتهامات بیاساس علیه او ارائه شده است.
با اینحال از اواخر اسفندماه، بهمدت ۱۰ روز، بهطور مداوم تحت شکنجه و بازجوییهای شدید قرار داشته و از آب و غذا محروم شده است. در این مدت، دستها و پاهای او برای ۴۸ ساعت بسته و به دیوار بسته شده و بارها مورد ضرب و شتم قرار گرفته است. در سه روز بعدی نیز شکنجه و آزار و اذیت او ادامه یافته است؛ به گونهای که علاوه بر ضربوشتم مداوم، باورهای او بهعنوان یک بهائی مورد اهانت و تمسخر واقع شده، توسط دو مأمور تحت شکنجهٔ روانی و بازجویی قرار گرفته و چندبار نیز تحت اعدام نمایشی قرار گرفته است؛ تمام این اقدامات برای اخذ اعترافات اجباری و دروغین از پیوند صورت گرفته است.

#Adib_Shahbazpour a 30-year-old Bahá’í citizen and tennis coach, was arrested in Kerman on January 20. After 27 days of detention in an unknown location and in solitary confinement, he was transferred to Kerman Prison. It’s been 58 days since he was detained. About a month and 10 days ago, 12 plainclothes agents stormed the private home of 27-year-old Shakila Ghasemi in Kerman and forcibly took her to an undisclosed location, without presenting a warrant or any clear legal justification.
Her family was left without any information, facing fear and uncertainty. For days, they did not know where she was being held or what had happened to her. After some time, she was able to make a brief call and said only, “I’m fine.” That was all.
Today, she remains in prison with no charge, no sentence, and no transparent legal process. Her family has tried everything to secure her release, including attempting to post bail, but even bail has been refused.
Adib Shahbazpour has also been imprisoned for nearly two months under similar conditions, with no formal charges, no clear legal status, and no due process.
These are not isolated cases. These are individuals being detained simply because of who they are and what they believe.
For years, Baha’is in Iran have been systematically deprived of their most basic human rights. They are denied access to higher education, blocked from attending universities, and prevented from working and earning a living. Many face constant surveillance, pressure, and threats. Their homes are raided, their properties confiscated, and their voices silenced.
These friends are Iranian. They belong to the same society, the same people, the same future. If we are Iranian, we must stand united. What binds us is our shared humanity. Before anything else, we are human, and we must act with humanity.
Faith is a personal belief. It must never be used as a reason to justify injustice, discrimination, or imprisonment.
Let’s raise our voices for one another, for Shakila Ghasemi, for Adib Shahbazpour, and for all Baha’is who have spent years imprisoned without charge, simply because of their beliefs. Do not stay silent.
Stand together.

Several Baha’i citizens in Kerman have been held in both detention centres and prisons despite the ongoing wartime conditions. Moreover, reports suggest that since the onset of winter 2026, and in tandem with the nationwide protests in January, no fewer than 20 Bahá'í citizens have been detained in various cities throughout Iran.
According to these reports, numerous cases of arrests, summons, and judicial proceedings against Bahá'í citizens were recorded between January and March 2026. In some instances, those detained were denied contact with their families and access to legal counsel for a period of time; in other cases, no information is yet available on their whereabouts or conditions of detention.
Shakila Ghasemi, a 26-year-old Bahá'í citizen residing in Kerman who was arrested by IRGC intelligence forces on 2 February 2026, remains in detention under unknown conditions.
Shaghayegh Ghasemi, the sister of this Bahá'í citizen, told IHRNGO that although most of those arrested by IRGC intelligence in Kerman have been released, Shakila Ghasemi and Borna Naeimi, both Bahá'í citizens, remain in custody.
Shaghayegh also expressed concern about the conditions of her sister's detention, noting that the family has no information on her exact place of detention. She stated: "The family's requests for information about where Shakila is being held, as well as her release on bail or with an electronic ankle tag, have so far gone unanswered."
Furthermore, she noted: "Two other Bahá'í citizens, Adib Shahbazpour and Peyvand Naeimi, are also being held in Kerman Prison, where Peyvand Naeimi is being kept in solitary confinement."
Peyvand Naeimi was arrested at his workplace on 8 January 2026 and Adib Shahbazpour at his home on 20 January. Borna Naeimi, 29 years old and a father of one child, was also arrested at his home in Kerman on 1 March 2026, with security agents using violence during the apprehension. He has been incommunicado since his arrest.
In the same city, Venus Hosseininejad, Rozhin Hosseininejad, Aylin Sahragard, and Pouyan Gholami, other Bahá'í citizens, were also arrested by security forces during January and February 2026.

#حامد_مهرابخانی در تاریخ ۱۸ دیماه، در حالی که در مسیر بازگشت به خانه بود، از ناحیه پا مورد اصابت گلوله قرار گرفت. او پس از زخمی شدن به خانه خواهرش در تبریز پناه برد، اما توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شد. پس از بازداشت، او را به قزوین منتقل کردند و تاکنون بعد از گذشت ۶۰ روز همچنان در بازداشت به سر میبرد.
بر اثر اصابت گلوله، عصب پای او به شدت آسیب دیده و نیاز فوری به عمل جراحی دارد. پزشکان هشدار دادهاند که در صورت انجام نشدن پیوند عصب، ممکن است برای همیشه توانایی راه رفتن خود را از دست بدهد.
با گذشت بیش از ۶۰ روز از بازداشت او، نهتنها همچنان در زندان نگه داشته شده، بلکه هیچگونه درمان پزشکی برای او انجام نشده است و وضعیت جسمانیاش در شرایط نگرانکنندهای
قرار دارد. جان او در خطر است

بیخبری و نگرانی عمیق درباره وضعیت پنج شهروند بهائی بازداشتشده در مشهد بیش از ۶۰ روز از بازداشت پنج شهروند بهائی در مشهد، پیام فریدیان، سپهر کوشکباغی، عرفان طباطبایی، ربیع مالکی و نوید ذرهبین میگذرد. این افراد در دیماه، در منزل یا محل کار خود توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شدند و همچنان در زندان وکیلآباد در وضعیت بلاتکلیف نگهداری میشوند. با وجود پیگیریهای مداوم خانوادهها، هیچ اطلاع روشنی درباره روند پرونده یا وضعیت حقوقی آنان ارائه نشده است. خانوادهها طی هفتههای گذشته بارها میان زندان و اداره اطلاعات رفتوآمد کردهاند، اما هر بار بدون پاسخ مشخص بازگردانده شدهاند. در حالی که طبق گزارشهایی از داخل زندان، روند آزادی برخی بازداشتشدگان در حال انجام است، گفته میشود این پنج شهروند بهائی صرفاً به دلیل باور مذهبی خود از این روند مستثنا شدهاند و بازداشت آنان بهطور غیرقانونی تمدید شده است. در فضای پرتنش و بحرانی کنونی، نگرانی درباره جان و سرنوشت این افراد بیگناه روزبهروز افزایش مییابد و ادامه این بلاتکلیفی، فشار روحی سنگینی بر خانوادههای آنان وارد کرده است. #دادبان #بهایی
