‼️ The WBC has stripped Shakur Stevenson of his WBC lightweight world title, just days after he captured The Ring and WBO junior welterweight gold against Teofimo Lopez. Stevenson originally won the WBC lightweight title in November 2023 and made three successful defenses before moving up to 140lbs to face Lopez at The Ring VI.
