5. Define the right problems Only NOW can you decide what to solve first based on real user needs, not designer opinions. This is how you apply Design Thinking properly. Skipping empathy = skipping the entire foundation of DT.

1. Find 5 people around you Not designers. Actual users who use to-do list apps. 2. Conduct simple user interviews Ask about their pains, needs, and frustrations. Get into their shoes. Listen without assuming.

You're asking the wrong people. Design Thinking starts with Empathy not asking designers on the internet what THEY think users need. If you're doing a DT exercise properly, here's the process:

💡 Takeaway: Wireframes = thinking tool, not delivery tool. Start analog. Think freely. Refine digitally.

My recommendation: Use paper and pen extensively at first. Practice the free mind of exploring solutions without digital constraints. Once you've trained yourself to think openly and explore multiple directions quickly, THEN switch to digital tools for refinement.
