The pre-parties usually happen in different salons inside the Washington Hilton before the main dinner. They’re invite-only, but there’s a lot of movement between events, media, officials, guests. Hotel guests often sit at the lobby bar watching people come and go.

We need legislation that would let these positions pay more. Jared has done what he can here, I think, but there are a lot of very very smart people in this industry on the contractor side who would have to take a big pay cut even at a maxed out GS-14 or 15 position.

@JakeWilkns It's pretty easy at Nats Park. They even have some random electric plugs to keep your laptop charged. I work from there frequently.

While Sanderson celebrated his 13th title yesterday, Penn State President Neeli Bendapudi and Athletic Director Pat Kraft were in Cleveland to watch it happen.
Think about that for a second.
The administration showed up for wrestling. They invested in football. They gave Campbell an eight-year deal and real NIL resources.
Penn State isn't a program that doesn't care. It's a program that's finally starting to put its money where its tradition is.
The wrestling dynasty didn't happen overnight. It happened because the right coach met the right commitment from the right institution.
Happy Valley has that combination again.

Earlier this month, the DC Department of Buildings approved the construction permits for the 11th St Bridge Project. The organization plans to begin construction this summer and be complete by December 2028.
