They belong to the category of minor offenders and very poor parentage status Thousand of such offenders are languishing in prisons across Nigeria and can be supported to gain their freedom, some with as little as N25k. I encourage well-meaning Nigerians to kindly extend their milk of human kindness towards these convicts.
