E foi por aí que começamos. Sentimos que, na segunda temporada, estávamos contando a história dos filhos de dragão de forma bastante completa e robusta, em termos de todas as diferentes facetas da vida que acompanham a montaria em dragões. E nos pareceu interessante unir um dragão selvagem a uma dama de sangue nobre que, de certa forma, se torna selvagem também, o que é uma história muito interessante para contar e que nos ajudou a manter o foco em onde queríamos levar o relacionamento de Rhaenyra e Daemon. I think the biggest takeaway is that before Rhaena even says any of this, Daemon's asks about “his sons” and why she isn't with them being their guardian. That's what leads into this entire conversation.

The stupidity of this tweet. Robert Baratheon was King. Joffrey was NOT Robert’s son which is why Ned stepped in after learning that. While Rhaenyra is Queen and Jace IS Rhaenyra’s son. So it’s a completely different situation.
