Hello, @IgOmorodion As previously advised, the cardholder is still required to engage with the bank, as the log code provided relates to a different transaction. Please note that we can only review the claim once a chargeback has been formally raised by the bank. You may also share a reachable phone number via DM for verbal clarification. Thank you.

For each journey 1500# is spent. Same story. We don't have money to waste again . It will be interesting to see how this 63 days ends
