And where are those romantic scenes? As far as I know, the only kiss happened completely out of a romantic context, and there's nothing confirming anything happened off-screen either. The director's answer just trolled everyone. 😂🤣

a ship cannot be fanon when they've canonically kissed😭😭😭 u don't have to like it and you can make up every reason in the world to try to disparage the kiss, but it is impossible for smth to be completely fanon if they have, in fact, had romantic scenes together😭😭

Personally, I hope Cleon becomes canon someday. Until then, to me it's just another non-canon ship, like all the others. Resident Evil has never been a romance-focused series, so I'd rather just wait and see what Capcom does.

@stereopho_bia Besides, Ada works for the kind of people Leon has always fought against. A relationship between them would undermine both of their character arcs. Resident Evil has always been about trauma, failure, and resilience.

@stereopho_bia It would also be great if people stopped trying to force Ada into every movie or game Leon appears in. It's honestly getting exhausting. Leon doesn't need a romantic relationship in every story, and just because he shows up doesn't automatically mean Ada has to be there too.
