We maintain a world-class, on-site ski and snowboard shop with a full fleet of specialized adaptive equipment.⚙️ Our fleet covers every discipline we teach. The use of any and all equipment is included in your lesson fee. No one is ever turned away because of their disability.

For decades, we were known as the Eldora Special Recreation Program. As we grew, the name evolved too, and we became Ignite Adaptive Sports. Some things have stayed constant since 1975. But we've grown from 10 students to over 350 athletes, supported by 300+ volunteers. 💙

What a day. 🔥😄 Our first-ever Ignite the Mountain team race was everything we hoped for and more. A huge thank you to @eldoramtnresort and all our sponsors, racers, families and caregivers, donors, and volunteers who made this day possible!

The numbers tell a powerful story. 💙 After last season, every athlete who responded to our survey said their lesson met or exceeded expectations. 86% said it exceeded them. 100% said they felt accepted at Ignite. 87% gained confidence. This is why we do what we do.

If you’re part of Ignite, you know Samantha “Sam” Brady. 💙 After being diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis, Sam was told there would be things she would not be able to do. She chose to prove otherwise. We are grateful for the leadership she brings to Ignite year-round.
