3/4 このスキルが生む経済価値を具体的に考えてみる。 ① 専門人材の採用コスト削減 ISO/情報セキュリティ/リスク管理の知見を持つ人材の年収相場は600〜1,000万円。中小企業がフルタイムで雇うのは現実的じゃない。このスキルは専門人材の「代替」ではないが、「最初の70%」をカバーする。残り30%に人間の判断を集中できる。 ② 外部コンサル費用の圧縮 ISO認証取得・維持のコンサル費用は年間100〜500万円。このスキルで初期調査、ギャップ分析、文書ドラフトを自社でやれば、コンサルに依頼する範囲を「判断と承認」に絞れる。全体コストを半分以下にできる可能性がある。 ③ 属人化リスクの経済的インパクト ISO担当者が退職した時の「知見消失→審査不適合→認証停止」のシナリオは、取引停止や入札資格喪失に直結する。この損失は数百万〜数千万円規模。スキルとしてISO知見を外部化しておけば、人の入れ替わりに耐えられる。 ④ 意思決定の質の向上 ISO 31000（リスク管理）やISO 37000（ガバナンス）の考え方を日常の経営判断に取り入れるだけで、「なんとなくの判断」が「根拠のある判断」に変わる。これは定量化しにくいが、長期的には最も大きな価値だと思ってる。 ISO規格の原文は一切含まない設計。参照・チェックリスト・解釈ガイダンスのみで構成してるので、MITライセンスのOSSとして無料で使える。
