IGR odisha visited DSRO Dnkl,SRO kamakshyanagar & SRO Hindol.Discussed with the Collector & DR Dhenkanal about functioning of RO's regarding Registration services delivery system,So as to provide hassle free services to citizens as an initiative to Mo sarkar & 5T charter of Govt.

Team of officers from Andhrapradesh visited odisha to see the eRegistration system best practices initiated by the Govt of odisha.The team expressed there appreciation with regards the ventures taken up in odisha.They expressed gratitude to IGR for facilitating the programme

One day training program at DRDA Conference Hall Ganjam for Registering officers and their staff. It was an initiative by IGRO for imparting training to the field functionaries for enabling them to render hassle free services to citizens & enhance performance under Mo sarkar & 5T

IGR made surprise visit to SRO Mahanga & Salepur.Interacted with officials & made random check of official records.IGR expressed concern over functioning of offices.He impressed upon SR for complete transparency & hassle free services to citizens by adhering to ORTPS time line.

IGR on 6th "T" Initiative Tour During his visit to Dsro Ganjam,SRO Kanisi,Berhampur (I)&(II) IGR interacted with the officials and the citizens. IGR inspected the various services delivered by the Registration offices and instructed to provide hassle free services.

On his visit to Jagatsinghpur district IGR odisha Sri Jyotiprakash Das visited DSR office Jagatsinghpur,SR offices of Tirtol, NAUGAON, KUJANGA along with Tahsil office .ADM Revenue was also present on the occasion. IGR interacted with the officials & citizens& collected feedback.

Honourable IGR Visited SRO Hauz Khas,New Delhi Discussed with SR Shri Santosh Kumar about the procedures of registration of documents like starting from Appointment System,Stamp Duty Calculations, Record Keeping,Capture Photos & Biometrics etc.

IGR odisha visited DSRO Cuttack & took stock of functioning.He visited the Estamping & Record Room.IGR expressed concern on maintenance of the Record room which has records from 1914 .IGR insisted on online submission of documents.Expressed over all satisfaction on the services.

IGR visited SR office Balianta today. Interacred with the registrant public and staff of SRO. Discussed various issues and directed the staff to maintain complete transparency in the service delivery system in registration administration.

IG Registration Focuses on Simplification of Land Registration Process in the State. Now citizen can avail every service of Registration Office from the convenience of home through "Igrodisha.gov.in " Portal.

On see the present BMV IGR expressed his views regarding setting proper BMV as he felt its less than the actual value.Asked SR to keep office and boundary clean and do some plantation.Random visit to SR/DSR offices shall definitely bring abt a change in work culture of offices.

In yet another venture IGR Odisha made a surprise visit to SRO Baranga in the District of cuttack at around 5.35 PM. By that time document Registration was completed. IGR verified the documents and interacted with the SR and his staff.

To bring transparency in the administration IGR odisha makes surprise visit to different DSR/SR offices.On his recent visit to Jagatpur SRO IGR interacted with staff & citizens.Based on his observations action initiated & the SO of office was transferred on Administrative Ground.

IGR assured to take up the matter for having a better office building. IGR shared his mobile number with one Mrs.Swain who was waiting for completing her registration work and asked her to ring him and give her feedback.

In the afternoon IG Registration visited the DSR office Bhubaneswar and SR office Khandagiri. He interacted with the DSR and SR along with the team of officials. He also went to the Estamping counter. Spoke to the registrant public about their experiences in the service delivery

IGR made a surprise visit to SR office Jatni.Interacted with the citizens, Deedwriters , Advocates and discussed about the various initiatives taken up by Government. He also called up some citizens who had registered their documents in SRO Jatni and took the feedback.
