no matter what, ‘i chose you’ will always feel more impactful to me… than some ‘it was fate’. those who cannot put their feelings into words or actions can bask in the warmth of fate—i know what i did and how i got here, i am confident in my own choices and feelings.

fate is a romantic concept for many. it is also almost comfortable—‘whatever happens, will happen’, and gives anyone a special feeling of safety since it takes responsibility away from them. really, heaven for some people.
