Testing my drifting skills today on a damp Silverstone in Qualy for our 2 races this weekend. This was the last corner on the last lap so decided to send it, through pure luck, not skill, she just held before spinning out, I really thought we were going round 😬 #motorsport

Here we go for our first practice session. 4 days at Silverstone to look forward to in our Lotus Formula Junior for the Silverstone Festival this weekend which is always a great event. 55 cars on our grid for the races Saturday and Sunday so should be some awesome racing 👍

Big day, Elise engine rebuild just finished after blowing itself to smithereens at Snetterton a few months ago. Where better to shake it down than at the world famous Goodwood Circuit, I have spent many a day spectating here but this is my first time on the actual track 👍

So after a truly disastrous qualifying yesterday where I couldn’t get a clear lap we battled through the field to get our first Formula Junior trophy with a last lap pass for third in class 😀 Race 2 today so let’s see if we can do even better. #racingislife

Just arrived at Cadwell Park. This should be the perfect 3 days for the 2nd round of Formula Junior championship this weekend. Really can’t wait to take our Lotus FJ around Cadwell Park, arguably the country’s most stunning track. Should be a match made in heaven 👌

Big day on Saturday, finally met another of my Motorsport Heroes, Jackie Oliver, what a lovely guy👌 Been trying for 3+ years to get Jackie Oliver and Jacky Ickx to sign a couple of sill plates from a GT40, the 2 race winners from the greatest LeMans win ever, job finally done👍

As a big Lotus fan this made my day, being allowed to sit in their Stunning Type 66 Can Am recreation, being showed around by Clive Chapman, really doesn’t get any better 👍 Now I just need to find a spare £1 Million #lotus #lotuscars #classicteamlotus #canam
