Workout routine is pretty much what I think would work 1. Walk a mile to the gym 2. 20 mins on stairmaster on Lvl 3-4 (sometimes I dont want to do this so ill do an hour on treadmill) 3. 40 mins on 12 Incline with 2.5 speed on treadmill 4. Chest and shoulder press 5 reps of 10 5. Walk a mile back home Eat chicken breast and veggies for dinner That's the flowchart every day I am at home. If you have any advice would love to hear it from yall perspective.
