Watching Sean's last ep of Countdown I can see how upset I was knowing he was ill and how much that affected my performance, while Sean himself continued to be effortlessly hilarious. A true comic to the end. That's why he's trending on twitter and why he's so missed.

MUMS BENCH I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for allowing this to happen. £810 you raised for us, which is incredible. I’ve got tears as I’m writing this post due to everyone’s generosity. Mum’s bench sits on North Parade in Hoylake and overlooks…(1)

Grief is messy but natural. Trying to remember that, especially during moments where I come across mum’s smell. I feel like grief is still perceived as a scary topic but it shouldn’t be, it happens to us all. Yes, I’m having a shit time but I’m okay, you can still talk to me

It is so easy to forget when things are sunny in our world that others are suffering. Take time to offer support and compassion to those who are in dark place. The effects of kindness are limitless #mentalhealth

The amazing part of life is that enduring sense of hope. That enables you to navigate the most difficult times. Hope is undoubtedly a strength so beautiful that it lights a path to peace. Wishing all a day flooded with rays of hope. #mentalhealth

Although we may still be apart, we are never alone. Always check-in on those around you. Even if you can’t check-in in person, there’s still ways you can make sure they are ok. I’ve been holding isolation check-ins from the start of the pandemic.
