@itzmelanin I remember dreamcon before it went mainstream. It was filled with actual fans and just regular people who wanted a good time. Now it’s streamers and cameras everywhere. Last year I saw something streaming from their phone to 0 viewers 💀

Instead of calling Dreamcon “freaknik for nerds” we need to address how it’s a clout fest and the IRL streamers are making the experience for normal people uncomfortable🫩

If you watch weekly, you can see the stories playing out, you can pretty much assume the matches, they’ll keep slowly releasing them. Gunther was supposed to face Rey Mysterio… who got hurt.
