Microsoft confirms major issues affecting Windows Recovery (WinRE) in a mandatory security update for Windows 11 24H2 / 25H2. After October 2025 Update, you cannot use mouse and keyboard in WinRE. This means it's no longer possible to select options or navigate between different settings in WinRE. WinRE is rendered useless due to this glitch. WinRE (Windows Recovery Environment) is used to troubleshoot PCs, recover from BSODs, and address other issues. Microsoft is investigating the root cause, and it'll share an update soon. This update is also causing the following issues: 1. Localhost is not working // refusing to connect 2. The update is causing install errors. 3. File Explorer's Preview pane is broken. 4. Reports of performance and other problems.

For those new to Linux gaming (Playtron's GameOS is Linux based) here is a list of many supported games on GameOS.(link in reply)
Over 20,000 games.Many multiplayer and single-player.
Keep in mind there are several big anti-cheat games like @Fortnite that don't yet support Linux gaming operating systems like Valve's SteamOS and GameOS.
However, Playtron has created our own kernel level anti-cheat technology and we are talking to publishers. It is a very simple step for them to switch this on. GameOS is as secure as PlayStation.
Overtime we expect all of the large multiplayer games to begin to adopt Playtron's anticheat support.
