Many illegal things are happening in Nigeria.
There's this man quite popular in my grandma's street, he had a patent medicine store, he suddenly started treating people and administering injections, he also became the go-to abortionist (low-key shit but popular with his audience).
He died some years back, his son who went to same university as me and did a course in management sciences took over the business.
To the best of my knowledge, he never went back to school to study medicine or related course, but he's now a clinic owner( sign post reads hospital tho) he's the doctor and has a number of auxiliary nurses (trained and trainee)
